Refunds & Returns

If any purchase from our online store fails to meet your complete satisfaction, for any reason, you may return it or exchange it within 60 days of receipt of your shipment. Knives must be in the original factory condition and original packaging to receive a refund. We do not accept returns for knives that have been disassembled, modified, resharpened, or show signs of use or wear.

Original shipping charges are only refundable if the product you received is defective. For orders shipped within the United States, we will provide you with a free return shipping label.

Send us a message through the form below to request a return label. Please include your order number when requesting a return. If you are interested in exchanging your product, please include a brief note explaining the product you would like instead. We will issue you a refund once the item has been received and inspected by our returns team. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We do not accept COD returns. Packages will be refused and sent back to the originator.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been delivered, it is out of our control to help you locate it. We don't offer refunds or replacements for orders with confirmed delivery. For additional security, if you'd like to require signature confirmation for your order, simply include a note indicating this in the "add a note to your order" section at checkout. Mail theft is an increasingly common crime. We recommend you only use a delivery address that you know is secure and request signature confirmation with your order.

Request a Return

Please include your order number when requesting a return. If you cannot locate your order number, please include your full name and shipping address.

Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following statutory right of withdrawal. Where this section differs from the policy above, this section applies to you.

Withdrawal period: You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you, or a third party you designate (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods. You may withdraw before or after your order ships. If your order is in transit, you may refuse delivery or return the item once received.

How to withdraw: Use our Withdraw from Contract form, or send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw by email at info@ocasoknives.com. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email.

Refunds: We will refund the price of the goods and the cost of delivery, up to the cost of our least expensive standard shipping option. If you chose a faster or premium shipping method, such as expedited or express shipping, the additional cost above our standard rate will not be refunded. If you withdraw from only part of your order, delivery costs will not be refunded.

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof that you have sent them, whichever is first.

Returning the goods: You must send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. This includes use, sharpening, disassembly or modification, and we may deduct that loss in value from your refund.
