Shipping

Once your order has been received, it will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Any order received after 12:00 pm (PST) will be processed the next business day. The delivery date shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee, and is based on the typical shipping times of the selected shipping option and the day your order is processed. Orders to destinations within the 48 contiguous states and Washington DC automatically qualify for free shipping (USPS Ground Advantage). Shipping options to Alaska and Hawaii include USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 2-day service. USPS is the only service that can deliver mail and packages to PO/APO/FPO addresses. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been completed.

  • FREE USPS Ground Advantage shipping on all orders (within contiguous U.S.) 4-7 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail – 3-5 business days
  • FedEx Ground Home Delivery – 1 – 5 days
  • FedEx 2-day service – 2 business days
  • FedEx Standard Overnight – Next-business-day delivery by 4:30 p.m. to U.S. businesses and by 8 p.m. to residences.

International Shipping via FedEx

  • To select the currency for your location, scroll down to the website footer and choose your country under the Currency drop down.
  • At this time we only offer International Shipping through FedEx. Options include FedEx International Economy and FedEx International Priority.
  • Fees, Duties, and Taxes: International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend you check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
  • Regulations and Restrictions: You are responsible for obtaining information regarding your country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the U.S.) you are responsible for abiding by your country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If your order is seized and destroyed by customs, we will not be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.

Order Cancellation

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policy below for instructions on how to request a return. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once USPS or FedEx delivers your order, it is out of our control to locate it. We don't offer refunds or replacements for orders with confirmed delivery. For additional security, if you'd like to require signature confirmation for your order, simply include a noting indicating this in the "add a note to your order" section at checkout. Mail theft is an increasingly common crime. We recommend you only use a delivery address that you know is secure and request signature confirmation with your order.
