We stand behind our products 100%. All Ocaso® knives carry a limited lifetime warranty. We warrant that our knives are free of defects in workmanship and materials. If one of our knives ever breaks or fails because of a material or manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace the knife. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage, breakage or failure caused by misuse, lack of normal maintenance, or disassembly.

WHAT IS COVERED

Our Lifetime Warranty covers all replacement parts, labor, and return shipping for a valid warranty claim. If we determine there is a defect in the manufacture, materials, or workmanship of the product, we will repair or replace it. If we chose to replace the product, it may be replaced with the same model, or one of equal value if the original item is no longer available or is discontinued.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Normal wear and tear, damage, breakage or failure caused by misuse, lack of normal maintenance, or disassembly are not covered by this Warranty. Do not use your knife as a screwdriver, pry bar, chisel or punch. Do not throw your knife or use it for any purpose other than cutting. Do not disassemble your knife if you are unsure of how to properly reassemble it. Do not sharpen your knife on a power grinding wheel. Repairs to knives by any source other than Ocaso will void the warranty.
