It lives up to the hype!

I read a lot about this knife before I purchased. Everything about it seemed positive, and that it was a quality product. Well, I can say that this knife far exceeded my expectations!

The quality, attention to detail and fit and finish are nearly perfect. I cannot find any cosmetic or functional defects in my knife at all. It is one of the highest quality items I own, comparing in fit/finish to my iPhone 15 Pro, which is saying a lot!

I’ll admit, I was a bit hesitant to part with my hard earned cash, but this knife has not disappointed one bit! The action, and the FLIPPING, is AWESOME. Has to be the best flipper I own!

Not to mention I am in love with it’s styling, so sleek, slender, and they did the blade lock the RIGHT way, where there is no way to slow the action by your finger placement, like some lock designs.

I commend the owner of the company for a great job. I even got a hand signed thank you note in the box. That is saying something these days!

Thank you for an excellent product, and I hope to buy more at some point!

Thank you for your detailed review, Glenn. We're so glad to hear the Solstice exceeded your expectations!

Love carrying this.

I’ve used this for light work so far. The straight edge is very practical and the factory sharpness is impressive. The opening action, including how it sounds, is quite satisfying and I’ve been asked “aren’t spring loaded knives illegal?” when showing people. Finally, I’m definitely pleased with the PVD coating. Only issue I’ve had is there is a slight catch a few degrees into closing the knife if I don’t keep the release pressed.

subtly excellent

YES it’s expensive, but it functions as well as similar gent knives that cost three times as much. This is low key excellence with great materials. It’s worth the premium over the CEO and the like. The aura of class is very becoming of this knife, helping maintain its position as the finest production executive folder. The Nemec - Spartan’s tacticool response in this genre - does not have the elegance of this exceptional little knife.
