Shipping

Once your order has been received, it will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Any order received after 12:00 pm (PST) will be processed the next business day. Delivery date is based on the selected shipping option and day processed. Orders to destinations within the 48 contiguous states and Washington DC automatically qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping options to Alaska and Hawaii include USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 2-day service. USPS is the only service that can deliver mail and packages to PO/APO/FPO addresses. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been completed.

U.S. Shipping 

  • FREE USPS First Class Mail shipping on all orders (within contiguous U.S.) 4-7 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail – 3-5 business days
  • FedEx Ground Home Delivery – 1 – 5 days
  • FedEx 2-day service – 2 business days
  • FedEx Standard Overnight – Next-business-day delivery by 4:30 p.m. to U.S. businesses and by 8 p.m. to residences.

International Shipping via FedEx

  • To select the currency for your location, scroll down to the website footer and choose your country under the Currency drop down.
  • At this time we only offer International Shipping through FedEx. Options include FedEx International Economy and FedEx International Priority.
  • Fees, Duties, and Taxes: International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend you check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
  • Regulations and Restrictions: You are responsible for obtaining information regarding your country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the U.S.) you are responsible for abiding by your country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If your order is seized and destroyed by customs, we will not be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.

Order Cancellation

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policy below for instructions on how to request a return. 

Refunds and Returns 

If any purchase from our online store fails to meet your complete satisfaction, for any reason, you may return it or exchange it within 60 days of receipt of your shipment. Knives must be in the original factory condition and original packaging to receive a refund. We do not accept returns for knives that have been disassembled, modified, resharpened, or show signs of use or wear.

Email us at info@ocasoknives.com or call us at (805) 500 - 8043 to request a return label. If you are interested in exchanging your product, please include a brief note explaining the product you would like instead. We will issue you a refund once the item has been received and inspected by our returns team.  We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We do not accept COD returns. Packages will be refused and sent back to the originator.
